Average yearly W2 salary of your technical staff. Do not include benefits etc...

Overhead Rate

This is the burdened overhead rate for your IT department. This is the cost of all employer paid benefits including: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, taxes, cell phone, and any additional costs for having that employee on the payroll. Typically this number is between 25% and 35% depending on you business and your industry. The default is set at 30% and is normally a good average.

Yearly Training Expense per Employee

Technology changes fast and the need for your staff to stay current is a constant challenge. Input the yearly cost per IT employee for seminars, training, training materials etc..

Cost of Internal Tools

All IT people need tools to help them efficiently do their job. These tools can consist of ticketing systems, server managmenet tools, or hardward that makes their job easier. Since we bring our own tools, this is a cost that you would not incur under HeliosVision.

Yearly Supplemental IT Support

This is a yearly figure for all additional money paid for supplemental support to your IT staff. Do not include projects or maintenance agreements for "line of business" software support. A few good examples that should be included are:

• Block agreements with IT providers to supplement your existing staff
• One time charges outside of an agreement for service & support
• Monies paid to an IT service provider fail over support during vacations, emergencies etc...
