- How many hours of service do I receive per month?
- HeliosVision Advance Network Management is designed in such a way that you get an “all you can eat” for maintenance/support issues. If you have questions regarding coverage, ask your Acropolis Representative for more info.
- Does HeliosVision Network Management cover every location where I have an office?
- HeliosVision Network Management will address any problem at any location with the use of Acropolis WebAssist (Remote Support). For onsite support, any visit in excess of 90 minutes of one way drive time may require a custom travel fee. If you have concerns, please direct them to your Acropolis Account Manager
