1. Account Manager

   The Account Manager is responsible for proposal development, scope development, and all administrative aspects of the project including pre-project meetings and project close out. Think of your Account Manager as your Acropolis representative who takes your ideas and gets the right people involved.

2. Technical Project Manager

   Once you approve the project scope of work, you are assigned a Technical Project Manger. This manager is responsible for all technical aspects of project execution including technical meetings, technical scope, and technical execution. They take your business goals and turn them into a specific series of technical steps that ensures successful project execution.
